Corporate / M&A Lawyer

The Brussels office of Strelia is seeking a mid-level associate (3 to 5 years' experience) to join its Corporate | M&A team. You will join a dynamic and well-integrated team of corporate lawyers working on various types of corporate matters across the whole spectrum of corporate work: M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital deals, restructurings, shareholders, and governance matters, manpack structuration, etc. We work on high profile Belgian and international transactions.

Your profile

• You have between 3 to 5 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer.
• You hold a Belgian master’s in law (with excellent university grades). An LL.M. from an English or American University is a plus.
• Native French-speaker (a good command of the other national language is preferable), with an excellent command of English.
• As a team player you have the necessary drive and talent to work in a professional environment where the group atmosphere is key.
• You are passionate about Corporate law and M&A and you have excellent research and legal skills.
• You have excellent drafting skills combined with a client-oriented and hands-on mindset.
