Artificial Intelligence Researcher and project manager

The role involves proposal management, project implementation, and expert participation in AI-related projects. Candidates should have 3+ years’ experience in top consulting and donor-funded business, excellent writing skills, and strong strategic thinking abilities

Responsibilities:

The main tasks for this position are described below raging from proposal management (private and donor funded) and project management tasks in the field of AI related projects (with particular focus, but not exclusively on healthcare):

-Working in close cooperation with founding partners on tendering process for donor funded projects (e.g Horizon, EC, World Bank..) from identification to submission of full proposal with particular focus on drafting technical proposals and coordination of partners and experts' technical inputs.

-Engage in meetings and consultations with national and international research partners to contribute to the design and develop AI related research projects under various international and national programmes (e.g HORIZON, Digital Europe, EIC, Innoviris…) with particular focus, but not exclusively, on AI and healthcare.

-Assist founding partners on the submission of commercial proposals in the field of AI for private (including startups) and corporate clients and coordination of experts' technical inputs.

-Draft compelling power points presentations to illustrate strategic concepts, ideas and project related content

- Manage project implementation including administrative tasks (e.g expert contracts, reporting, invoicing)

-Participate as short term expert in projects implemented by Stratejai

-Monitor upcoming tender opportunities

-Participate to conferences and international meetings

Qualifications:

-At least 3 years working for an international top consulting firm

-At least 3 years’ experience in donor funded business and in particular with Horizon

-Excellent writing skills

-Excellent power point drafting skills

-Excellent command of English (verbal and written communication)

-Knowledge of AI will be considered an asset

-Experience in healthcare will be considered an asset

- Good communication skills

-Good knowledge of French will be considered an asset
