Principal (Private Equity)

As a Principal at Strada, you will be a driving force behind the deployment and performance of Strada's funds, while taking ownership of investments across the full private equity cycle. You will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating new opportunities in our core sectors — Software, Healthcare, and Business Services — with a focus on Benelux, France, Italy, the UK, and Ireland. You’ll lead transactions end-to-end, from initial outreach and investment thesis development to due diligence, deal structuring, and Investment Committee preparation. Beyond execution, you’ll work closely with founders, buy-in managers, and portfolio company leadership to accelerate growth. This includes leading buy-and-build strategies, optimizing go-to-market approaches, improving pricing and operational levers, and preparing businesses for exit. As a senior member of the team, you’ll contribute to fund-level strategy and help build the firm’s long-term capabilities by mentoring junior colleagues and shaping Strada’s investment culture.
