About the Role:
 

Position: Senior UKG Pro WFM Integration Consultant
Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid/Remote Options)
Department: SAP Professional Services - Workforce Management
Employment Type: Full-Time

Seniority Level: Senior

This role requires strong technical depth in UKG integration tools, proven experience in global environments, and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of integrations for UKG Pro WFM using:
  • Dell Boomi
  • Integration Studio / WIM
  • REST & SOAP APIs
  • SFTP/flat-file frameworks
• Serve as the primary SME for integration design decisions and technical solutioning.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting of integration failures, data transformation issues, API errors, and cross-system communication failures.
• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical mapping documents and integration specifications.
• Oversee the end-to-end integration lifecycle: build, testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare.
• Collaborate closely with HRIS, Payroll, IT, and middleware teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Mentor junior and mid-level consultants; review deliverables and enforce quality standards.
• Develop and maintain integration best practices, templates, reusable assets, and documentation for Strada's WFM practice.
• Support presales activities including solution design, technical assessments, and estimation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM, UKG Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Central.
• Deep expertise with:
  • Dell Boomi (advanced level)
  • WIM/Integration Studio
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • XML, JSON, CSV transformation logic
• Strong understanding of HR, timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll data models.
• Proven experience delivering complex integrations with platforms such as SAP, ADP, Workday, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

• UKG Pro Workforce Management Integrations Certification
• UKG Dimensions Integrations Certification
• UKG Pro WFM Technical Consultant Certification
• Any official UKG-recognized Integration or Technical Implementation Certification

• Experience with UKG Dimensions (APIs, Boomi connectors, DKS).
• Multi‑country project or AMS experience.
• ITIL certification or experience with SLA-driven environments.
• Experience working with European HR/Payroll regions.
