We’re on a mission to redefine how the automotive industry transacts — and we’re looking for a motivated Junior Marketplace Operator to help us make it happen.

As a Junior Marketplace Operator, you’ll be at the center of our daily trading activity. You’ll help make sure every vehicle listed on our platform moves smoothly from supplier to buyer — on time, accurately, and with great service along the way.

This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who’s curious about digital marketplaces, operations, and the automotive world. You’ll receive structured onboarding, work with experienced mentors, and grow into managing your own customer relationships.

• Support and monitor ongoing vehicle transactions on the platform
• Check and publish vehicle listings for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate transport and logistics between sellers, buyers, and partners
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve basic issues
• Assist in handling complaints or claims in collaboration with the operations team
• Keep data accurate in our CRM and digital tools
• Contribute to improving workflows and customer experience

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, automotive, or customer support (internships count!)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with digital tools (CRM, Excel/Sheets, etc.)
• Fluent in English; other European languages (German, Dutch, French, Spanish) are a plus
• A proactive, curious, and hands-on attitude — ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
