Your function
You will work closely with partners and senior associates on high-profile national and international matters, combining advisory and contentious work in a rapidly evolving legal and regulatory landscape.
What You'll Do:
- Advise on
data protection and privacy
matters (GDPR, international data transfers) - Support clients on
AI, emerging technologies, and digital transformation - Assist with
digital regulation and platform governance - Handle
cybersecurity and data breach incidents - Draft and negotiate
technology-related commercial contracts - Advise on
copyright and IP issues
related to software and digital content
Your profile
- 2–3 years' experience in a law firm or in-house role, with exposure to IT, data protection, or digital regulation
- Belgian law degree and admission to the Belgian Bar (or eligibility)
- Strong analytical and drafting skills, with a genuine interest in technology and innovation
- Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow in an international setting
