- NV - Monitoring Analyst

We are looking for a proactive Monitoring Analyst with a keen interest in technology to join our team! In this position, you will be the 1st line of support to monitor the behavior of critical-business systems and services, and responsible to take initial actions to diagnose, analyze, and restore systems/services. You will be working closely with other operational and network technical teams. Provide first line support to internal and external customers via phone, email and walk-in. Perform scheduled health checks of IT components, scheduled contingency tests and disaster recovery exercises Work autonomously in shifts in a 24*7 environment (shift rotation, on call, etc) Good knowledge of Unix/Linux/Windows Experience with Ticketing Tools and standard Office applications Ability to read, write and speak English is mandatory Ability to work in a shift work environment.
