We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our Banking division, serving as the primary liaison for our German-speaking clientele. In this role, you’ll provide expert support, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth and professional customer journey within the financial services space.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries about banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in German.
- Support clients with account-related questions, transactions, and general banking assistance.
- Stay informed about financial regulations and compliance requirements.
