As a Brand Ambassador in our Banking division, you’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch- and French-speaking customers. Your mission will be to provide high-quality support, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to banking products and services via phone and email.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both Dutch and French.
- Assist clients with account-related questions, transactions, and general banking support.
- Stay informed about financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

ProfileYour Profile:
- Fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service, banking, or finance is a plus, but a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are just as important.
