About the Role:
As a Brand Ambassador in our multi-brand division, you’ll be the primary point of contact for Dutch- and French-speaking customers. Your role will be to provide high-quality support, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to multi-brand products and services via phone, email, or chat.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both Dutch and French.
  • Assist customers with questions related to accounts, transactions, orders, and general support.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

 Profile

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
