The Role:
We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador to support our Banking division, serving Dutch- and French-speaking customers. You’ll be the first point of contact, providing high-quality assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in Dutch.
  • Assist clients with account-related questions, transactions, and general banking support.
  • Stay informed about financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve team performance.

 Profile

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service, banking, or finance is a plus—but motivation and willingness to learn are just as important.
