Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS – LOMMEL (BELGIUM) Our client is building one of the most advanced glass factories in the world , located in Lommel . This ultramodern production site stands out for its strong focus on sustainability, automation, and technological innovation . As an Industrial Maintenance Technician , you will play a key role in maintaining and operating this state-of-the-art production environment, where safety, efficiency, and environmental awareness are central. &##Depending on your background ( mechanical or electrical ), you will join one of the maintenance teams. Analyzing and resolving technical failures in machines and installations Performing preventive and corrective maintenance Accurately documenting interventions in the maintenance system &##Technical education or relevant experience in industrial maintenance Solution-oriented mindset and team spirit Willingness to work in a 6-shift system Good command of English ⏱ 6-shift system with work-life balance ~2 weeks of day shifts ~4 out of 6 weekends off Shift structure: Week 3: Monday–Friday, 00:00–08:00 (night shift) Week 4: Monday–Wednesday, 16:00–00:00 + weekend 20:00–08:00 Week 5: Weekdays off, working Saturday & Sunday 08:00–20:00 24.20 gross/hour (excluding shift premiums) Shift premiums: Early shift: +Late shift: +Night shift: +Sunday: +35% &##Bonus upon achieving training milestones Hospitalization insurance (from permanent contract) &##Accommodation Accommodation provided by the company Two-bedroom apartments with living room, kitchen, and bathroom Before start-up, you will receive extensive training in day shifts , allowing you to fully understand the installations, systems, and standards from day one.
