Sales Executive B2B – High-End Office Furniture – Brussels

Our client is a well-established player in the high-end office furniture market, delivering tailor-made solutions to a demanding corporate clientele. To support its continued growth, the company is looking to strengthen its commercial team with a B2B Sales Executive (Medior to Senior level) , comfortable operating in structured and sometimes long sales cycles, and eager to work on premium projects.

This role offers a high level of autonomy, exposure to high-value accounts, and room to grow within a refined, design-driven environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients, ranging from medium-sized to large corporate accounts, within the Belgian market
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to deal closure
  • Advise clients and propose tailor-made office furniture solutions aligned with their needs, space and budget
  • Prepare commercial proposals, including pricing, margin calculations and profitability follow-up
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and internal stakeholders

Your Profile

  • 3 to 15 years of experience in a B2B sales role (experience with long or complex sales cycles is a strong plus)
  • Solid numerical skills, with proven experience in pricing and margin management
  • Fluent in French, English and Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Autonomous, structured and comfortable taking ownership of your accounts
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact credibly with decision-makers at different levels
