Introduction

Step into a key role within the Energy Transition Department, taking full ownership of industrial boiler and pressure equipment projects that power sustainable infrastructures across Belgium.

Based in Liège, you’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on coordination, from tender to commissioning, in a company that values technical excellence, autonomy, and long-term development.


Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical construction projects (industrial boilers, pressure systems, piping) from tender phase to commissioning.
  • Coordinate all technical, contractual, financial, and planning aspects of the projects.
  • Supervise on-site operations, including subcontractors, logistics, welding, and safety compliance.
  • Lead procurement, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Ensure full adherence to EN and ASME standards, as well as HSE and quality control requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, anticipate risks, and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence within the Boiler Solutions unit.


Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering (or related technical field).
  • Proven experience managing mechanical or industrial boiler projects in heavy industry or energy.
  • Strong understanding of pressure equipment, welding processes (TIG, electrode), and mechanical assembly.
  • Skilled in project management, contractual follow-up, site supervision, and quality assurance.
  • Fluent in French; knowledge of English and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
