About the job
As Senior Technical Producer / Operations Manager, you are responsible for the technical coordination, operational execution, and logistical management of live shows and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical production: AV, lighting, projection, staging, rigging, safety.
Operations & Logistics: scheduling, touring, suppliers, equipment.
Budget & Cost Control: budgeting, negotiations, cost tracking.
Coordination: reporting, stakeholder management.
Your Profile
7–10+ years of experience, strong technical knowledge, organized, calm under pressure and capable of working with international teams, crews and stakeholders.
Location
Our office is in Brussels. Our projects are in Belgium, The Netherlands and France (for now).
