Overview
The role involves acting as a PMO Analyst (Controller) supporting project and program management across the organization. The position focuses on implementing and improving PMO methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure consistency, efficiency, and optimal project outcomes. Key responsibilities include tracking project progress, collecting and analyzing performance indicators, reporting to management, coordinating stakeholders, providing administrative and organizational support, and proposing improvements to PMO processes. The role requires collaboration with project managers, program managers, and internal and external teams to ensure projects are executed effectively and documented properly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a PMO Analyst, Controller, or similar project support role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience with program and project monitoring, reporting, and analytics.
  • Proficient in communication with management and project stakeholders.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar project management and reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze processes, track key performance indicators, and suggest improvements.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills to support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to ensure proper documentation and follow-up of projects and programs.

Languages

  • Dutch or French: native-level proficiency.
  • English: active knowledge for reporting and communication.
