Digital Marketing & Content Manager (Online Publisher)

🏠 Remote work: 50% on-site / 50% home

Within the Marketing & Communications Department @springprofessionalbelgium you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital channels. You will combine content management with marketing insights to create a strong online brand experience and enhance customer experience.

What you’ll do

Management and optimization of digital channels

• Publish and update content on our websites and in email campaigns
• Ensure a dynamic and engaging online experience
• Drive online sales, customer acquisition, and satisfaction through optimized CTAs, contact forms, and online flows
• Actively contribute to the migration of websites to new CMS platforms
• Propose creative ideas to improve content and digital processes

Quality and brand experience

• Proactively perform quality checks on content, structure, and design
• Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain consistent, high-quality content
• Continuously look for improvements in usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience

Who you are

Languages:

• Dutch: fluent or good understanding
• French: fluent or good understanding
• English: fluent

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent

Experience & knowledge:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content management and digital marketing
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, OpenText, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.)
• Affinity with digital tools, usability, and online customer experience
• Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and basic HTML/CSS/JS/Photoshop is a plus
