Spotable is building the AI platform that is transforming the roofing and façade industry across Europe and the US. With real time 3D measurements, instant material take offs and product integrations, we help contractors win more business and we unlock an entirely new commercial channel for suppliers distributors and resellers.
We are entering an international scale up phase and are looking for a Strategic Sales & Partnerships profile who can build and close partnerships with distributors suppliers and resellers. Someone who can open new markets manage accounts and navigate corporate sales environments. Belgium is home base but the focus is international with priority on the Netherlands France Germany and the US.
This role is for someone who wants to be part of the journey not just the job. Someone ambitious entrepreneurial obsessed with growth and ready to help shape how Spotable expands internationally.
What you will do
- You build a structured partner pipeline for distributors, suppliers and resellers and convert this into signed partnerships that drive revenue and market expansion.
- You pitch Spotable to corporates, product manufacturers and international players in roofing façade and construction.
- You run pilots with partners and transition them into scalable commercial agreements.
- You work with the founders on exclusivity licensing incentives and strategic deal structures per region.
- You act as the commercial bridge between our technology and the real world ecosystems of suppliers distributors and contractors.
- You represent Spotable at international events trade shows and field visits for example IRE Las Vegas and major European industry events.
- You help build our reseller and referral network and think in terms of market dynamics competitive positions and commercial incentives.
- You work closely with Julie, our CRO who leads international growth and ecosystem partnerships.
Who you probably are
- You have experience in B2B strategic corporate sales preferably in construction or tech or similar complex environments.
- You have strong business instinct you understand margins, distribution, incentives and how value flows through supply chains.
- You can hunt and maintain you can open new markets and manage large accounts without losing momentum.
- You enjoy building rather than maintaining you want to be early inside a company that is scaling fast.
- You are ambitious you think bigger than a local territory you want to build internationally.
- You are energetic fast and proactive you naturally take ownership and move deals forward.
- You communicate clearly with both old school industries and corporate innovation teams.
- You speak English and Dutch fluently, French or German is a strong plus.
- You are available for international travel and industry events because that is where the market lives.
- Most importantly you want to grow with the company and you want the company to grow because of you.
