Telecom & Network Support Engineer


At spotit, we help organizations stay connected and secure. We are looking for a proactive Telecom & Network Support Engineer to join our team and provide first-line support for our clients' telecom and network environments.

What you will do:

  • Register, classify, and handle incoming telecom-related incidents and service requests.

  • Provide first-line support for network connectivity and telecom platforms.

  • Perform basic analyses to identify and resolve issues.

  • Monitor the progress of open tickets and communicate proactively with users.

  • Collaborate with second- and third-line teams for more complex technical issues.

  • Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge databases.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

  • Analytical and problem-solving approach with good prioritization skills.

  • Curiosity and a keen interest in telecom technologies.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Skills & Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of telecom networks is preferred; experience with WDM technology is a plus.

  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Teams Phone is an advantage.

  • Affinity with networking technologies.

  • Fluent in Dutch with solid English skills.
