At spotit, we help organizations stay connected and secure. We are looking for a proactive Telecom & Network Support Engineer to join our team and provide first-line support for our clients' telecom and network environments.
What you will do:
Register, classify, and handle incoming telecom-related incidents and service requests.
Provide first-line support for network connectivity and telecom platforms.
Perform basic analyses to identify and resolve issues.
Monitor the progress of open tickets and communicate proactively with users.
Collaborate with second- and third-line teams for more complex technical issues.
Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge databases.
What we are looking for:
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Analytical and problem-solving approach with good prioritization skills.
Curiosity and a keen interest in telecom technologies.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Skills & Experience:
Basic knowledge of telecom networks is preferred; experience with WDM technology is a plus.
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Teams Phone is an advantage.
Affinity with networking technologies.
Fluent in Dutch with solid English skills.
