Your
key responsibilities
as the finance controller:

• Lead
  budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
  to provide a clear financial picture for decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to identify
  growth opportunities, manage risks and capture opportunities
  , using variance analysis to drive actions.
• Strengthen
  financial operations
  by ensuring smooth accounting flows, optimising
  treasury management
  .

What you bring as a

Finance controller:

• Master's degree
  in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience
  in Financial controlling, FP&A or business finance.
• Fluency in
  French or Dutch.
  English is an asset.
