What you'll do:

• Own customer onboarding and implementation of our product in PA teams.

• Build and iterate implementation playbooks that make go-lives faster, smoother, and more predictable as volume increases

• Act as the main point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes

• Partner with Sales on handovers, and product on feedback/feature requests

Who you are:

• A targeted and ambitious implementation/CS manager with a few years of experience

• You have strong customer relations fundamentals

• You're ambitious and feel best at home in fast-paced & intense environments

• You're self-driven and take ownership of the processes and relations you build

• You're highly structured and analytical, but pragmatic - focused on impact

• You're humble, collaborative, and focused on what's best for the customers
