, we install and maintain
Salto connected access control systems
for a wide range of buildings: coliving spaces, coworking hubs, offices, schools, hospitals, new residential projects, and industrial sites.

On a day-to-day basis, you will manage your own portfolio of prospects and clients, from the first contact to closing the deal. You'll work closely with our project team to ensure every installation matches the customer's needs and is delivered seamlessly. Today, you will join a
commercial team of two
— one business developer and one account manager — with the clear ambition to grow the team to four members in the near future. This enables you to assume a 
key role with significant impact
 and evolve with the company as it expands.

What we expect from you:

  • Take full ownership of your prospecting and revenue goals
  • Manage the entire sales cycle up to contract signature
  • Collaborate closely with our project team
  • Have B2B experience and speak at least 2 out of 3 languages (FR, NL, EN)
  • Thrive in a structured, people-focused, and dynamic environment
