This role offers an exciting opportunity with significant responsibilities in a dynamic and engaging sector, providing sales and marketing support to our Benelux team and market. Our portfolio consists of well-known brands such as SmartGames, SmartMax, GeoSmart and many more. Your Role: Collaborate: As a part of the marketing team you will work closely with HQ marketers and the Sales Manager Benelux to address local market needs. POS Innovator: Responsible for the implementation and optimization of Point of Sale (POS) needs across the Benelux region. This includes designing promotional activities, providing general support at retail locations, creating effective displays, and enhancing in-store visibility. You will play a critical role in developing an engaging in-store experience with our products. Social Media Partner: Work closely with the Digital Content Creative to plan and deliver compelling social media content for B2C events in the Benelux market, covering pre-event promotion, live content, and post-event engagement. Event Planner: Plan, coordinate, and execute local B2C events across the Benelux region from A to Z, covering preparation and organization, on-site setup and dismantling, and event-day support where necessary. In addition, provide support to the Event Manager in the organization and execution of large-scale B2B events when required. Your Profile: Education/Experience: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Event Management, or a related field, and are a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to grow within a dynamic marketing environment. Languages: Excellent knowledge of Dutch, with good proficiency in English and French. Retail & Brand Execution: Creative and detail-oriented, particularly in retail and event environments, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines in close collaboration with Sales and HQ teams. Proactive: Initiative-driven, action-oriented, and able to work independently with respect for deadlines. Organizational Skills: Excellent at managing tasks and multiple projects simultaneously. Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Passionate: Enthusiastic about the world of toys and games.
