Mission Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Java architect who will work within our development teams and take charge of missions entrusted to us by clients.
• We expect the candidate to be not only highly technically competent but also to have proven experience in managing a group of Java developers in defining and distributing their tasks as well as in organizing code review activities, managing Merge requests, release, deployments, etc.
• The candidate will also have to demonstrate that he has excellent skills at different levels:
• • strong abstraction skills in order to be able to propose improvement solutions relating to an existing application but also to be able to create a design, an architecture for new developments while respecting the standards and Smals Technical stacks.
• • ability to think outside the box and challenge existing solutions
• • understanding business needs and defining a coherent architectural vision in relation to all business areas covered
• • understanding of documentary processes - document life cycle (creation, validation, archiving, deletion , signature, routing , etc. )
• • experience with EDM solutions (Nuxeo, SharePoint, Documentum, etc.) , storage - object storage solutions (S3, NextCloud, etc.)
• • knowledge of metadata management, versions, access rights, classifications
• • mastery of indexing /search engines (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, etc.)
