• The Federal Public Service Economy is currently conducting a small Proposal of Operational Operation (POC) with Sparx Enterprise Architect for a specific project to increase its maturity in Enterprise Architecture tools.
• We wish to evaluate and expand this exercise, with the goal of eventually rolling out a tool for the entire IT department.
• For this, we require assistance from an Enterprise Architect expert with extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, the design and use of Sparx EA (and preferably other tools as well).
• Tasks:
• • Evaluation of the current work within the Proposal of Operational Operational Operation (POC)
• ; - Developing best practices for tool use;
• • Configurations within the tool;
• • Describing several additional architectures within the tool, following the approach outlined in the previous two points.
• • Hybrid regime possible
• • The assignment should preferably be carried out part-time (negotiable)
