Strengthen Our New Team
Sioen is expanding its CAD CAM team and is looking for several motivated employees. Do you have a strong interest in technical pattern design and are you willing to deepen your knowledge in this area? Then we would like to offer you the opportunity to develop within a leading, internationally active company.
In our CAD CAM department, we design patterns for a wide range of applications in the sectors where Sioen is active, including firefighter and police uniforms, industrial protective clothing, military gear, and forestry apparel. These products have high technical requirements: they consist of complex multi-layer constructions and require advanced design techniques.
An accurate pattern is crucial for a perfect fit and optimal comfort. Therefore, at Sioen, we focus not only on functionality and safety but also pay special attention to comfort, aesthetics, and a professional appearance.
We are not exclusively looking for experienced profiles. We seek motivated candidates with technical affinity and a willingness to learn. In collaboration with external partners, we offer a practical and intensive training program.
By onboarding new employees simultaneously, we create a dynamic learning environment where training, guidance, and career development opportunities are closely aligned. In this way, we collectively contribute to the further development of our internal expertise.

- You create product sheets in our PLM system, including sizes, checklists, zippers, Velcro, markers, logos, and photos, and generate mini-markers for costing and production preparation.
- You calculate standards based on the patterns and proactively communicate these with the R&D, production, quality control, and sales departments.
- You prepare sheets for outer dimensions for our international production sites and maintain daily contact with the decentralized CAD departments.
- You contribute to building and maintaining a knowledge platform, archiving, documenting, and continuously improving pattern data.

- Experience with Gerber AccuMark, Lectra, Assyst, Optitex, or similar CAD software is a strong asset.
- You are proficient in MS Office and communicate fluently in Dutch and/or English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- You are results-oriented, detail-minded, and excel both independently and as part of a team.
We offer
- A full-time position in a financially stable, growing family business with an international reach.
- An attractive salary package with various extra-legal benefits, such as meal vouchers, a 13th month, group insurance, hospitalization insurance, bike lease, and flexible compensation options.
- Work in an innovative company that continuously invests in new products, facilities, and, most importantly, its employees
- Flexible working hours to ensure a good work-life balance, freely scheduled leave, and the possibility to work from home after thorough on-the-job training.
- A stimulating work environment that encourages personal initiative.
- Opportunities for continuous development and growth through both internal and external training programs.
- Fun company events.
- Last but not least: fantastic, passionate colleagues who give their all every day
