Responsibilities
Responsible for the logistics of events, weddings and club events
Work closely with all relevant departments to ensure the functions are run smoothly
Provide training to staff and casual workers to lead a team to achieve total guests' satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with set service standards according to guidelines established by management
Handling complaints professionally
Requirements
3 years or above related experience in similar position preferably in Hotel/ Club industry
Self-motivated and responsible and willing to take up flexible work schedules
Excellent in customer relations and leadership skills
Good interpersonal skills and team player approach
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Captain
