The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts owns and operates two award-winning hotels in Singapore: The Fullerton Hotel Singapore (opened in 2001) and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore (opened in Both hotels anchor the historic and cultural Fullerton Heritage precinct, located in Marina Bay - the heart of Singapore's city centre. The Fullerton Hotel Sydney debuted in October 2019, in the historic former Sydney General Post Office, marking The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts' first international expansion.
The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong will be the first waterfront resort on Hong Kong Island, with over 400 guest rooms overlooking the spectacular South China Sea, located at the foot of the city's most popular attraction in the Southside.
Responsibilities
At all times strive to represent The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong in a professional, courteous, efficient manner
Complete all administrative work for the Sales Team ensuring a high standard of communication
Type all the written correspondence and draft simple memos for the Sales Team
Collect and sort all daily incoming mails and documents especially in the morning session due to the accumulation of overnight correspondence
Handle all types of correspondence and reports (letters of offer, contracts, memos, facsimiles, sales trip reports, business development meeting reports, weekly sales reports, donation letters and related standard letters etc)
Assist in organizing corporate special events i.e. Christmas cards, giveaways, Secretary Day giveaways, invitation arrangements, annual cocktail parties, etc
Requirements
Bachelor' degree or above
Minimum 1 year working experience in hospitality industry
Solid sales experience in MICE, rooms, corporate and travel trade within hotel / resort area, extensive knowledge and background in sales
Ability to build positive relationships with clients and prospective clients
Polished presentation style, supplemented by advanced negotiation and closing skills
Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills
