We aim to turn this superior raw material into sustainable polymers for various industrial applications, reducing landfill waste. This innovative approach allows for the PVB to be repurposed into a variety of new raw materials.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Productie & Onderhouds Supervisor located in Overpelt. The Productie & Onderhouds Supervisor will manage daily production planning, oversee quality control, and ensure the efficiency of manufacturing operations. They will also be responsible for coordinating operations management tasks and maintaining production management standards to achieve optimal performance and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, and Production Management
• Skills in Quality Control and Operations Management
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the recycling or sustainability industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
