Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Engineer located in Hong Kong and Zhuhai, China. The Quality Control Engineer will oversee the inspection and quality assurance processes, ensuring the yachts meet the company's high standards. Responsibilities include conducting quality checks, performing root cause analysis to address issues, assisting in the implementation of quality management systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet quality objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
Experience in Quality Management systems and standard compliance
Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with teams and reporting findings
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, especially in the marine or yacht-building industry, is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Relevant certifications (Certified Quality Engineer, Yacht Surveying) are a plus
