M365 Security Consultant

Are you passionate about securing modern digital environments with Microsoft technologies? At SecWise, we’re looking for hands-on M365 Security Consultants with expertise in either Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Microsoft Defender/Sentinel. Whether your strength lies in securing identities or detecting threats, you’ll help our clients build secure, cloud-first workplaces.

Depending on your area of expertise, you’ll focus on one of the following domains:

If IAM is your thing:

• Design and implement secure identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra
• Advise on IAM architecture and lifecycle integration
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable identity strategies
• Stay ahead of evolving identity threats and technologies

If you’re into Defender & Sentinel:

• Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 Defender tools (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps, etc.)
• Design and optimize cloud-based security infrastructures
• Integrate Microsoft Sentinel and other SIEM platforms
• Lead workshops and help clients adopt secure-by-design principles

In both cases, you’ll work closely with IT teams, executives, and end-users—translating complex security concepts into clear, actionable solutions.

Who are you?

You’re a proactive, curious security professional who loves to learn and share knowledge. You combine technical expertise with strong communication skills, and you’re comfortable working with both engineers and business stakeholders.

Experience with either:

• Microsoft IAM technologies (e.g. Entra ID)
• Microsoft Defender and Sentinel (including SCCM, Intune, and endpoint security)
• A mindset for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus!)
• Microsoft security certifications—or the ambition to earn them
