A normal day in the office may be look this

• You check your email for new orders and possible challenges that might have occurred while enjoying your nice cup of coffee.
• You communicate and discuss the next steps with your client when an unexpected change happened.
• You plan shipments using external providers with the best price/quality combination possible to be found.
• You help your colleague to solve a dilemma and take a lunch break together afterwards.
• In the afternoon you provide the right documents by working closely together with our in-house customs department.
• You make sure to send out invoices to your clients for the great service you gave them.
• You give one of your regular clients a call to wish him/her a happy birthday before you return home for the day.

You need this to succeed:

• Experience with import and export forwarding of perishable goods or at least willing to learn. (customs formalities, transport planning, …)
• You are familiar with Microsoft office and you are excellent with Excel and Outlook.
• You are a language wizard: Dutch, English and French
• You have enough experience to work independantly 
• You are a real team player
