Sales Director UK, Benelux


Are you a sales leader with a proven track record in driving international B2B growth, ideally within industrial automation, engineering or machine manufacturing?

As a
Sales Director
for Belux, UK & Ireland, you are responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy in your region. You manage a sales team of 3 people, work closely with our management and build strong relationships with customers. You actively contribute to achieving growth and profitability.

Your responsibilities:

  • You define the commercial strategy for your region and translate it into concrete objectives and action plans.
  • You identify new sectors and market opportunities.
  • You manage the current sales team and actively contribute to its further development.
  • You manage strategic key accounts and focus on building sustainable partnerships.
  • You assess incoming leads and distribute them among your team.
  • You organize and/or coordinate commercial events and trade fairs.
  • You negotiate prices, delivery deadlines and payment terms with customers.
  • You monitor customer satisfaction and follow up complaints or problems proactively.
  • You are willing to travel for % of your time.

Your profile

  • You hold a higher degree in a technical field or have equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership sales role, preferably in an international B2B context.
  • You have knowledge of automation projects.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
  • You stay calm in stressful situations, are open to change, and approach problems with a sharp analytical mindset.
  • You have experience with CRM systems.
