Microsoft Project Manager
Job Overview:
Oversee end-to-end management of IT projects and application lifecycles for a major energy transmission operator, ensuring alignment with business priorities, Agile practices, and Microsoft-based technical solutions."
Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT projects and application teams through initiation, planning, scope, budget, timeline, risk and issue tracking, and documentation.
Serve as Scrum Master within an Agile team and actively participate in all scrum ceremonies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize sprint content.
Coordinate with upstream and downstream IT teams to align schedules and system integrations.
Challenge and validate business requirements before approval.
Translate approved specifications into technical functional design documents based on Microsoft technologies.
Lead internal and external development teams in collaboration with technical leads.
Define and oversee testing and quality assurance strategies during rollout.
Monitor production releases and drive second-line incident management and support.
Organize and prioritize ongoing maintenance and support tasks for deployed solutions.
