Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project objectives, scope, and technical feasibility Configure, customize, and test Dynamics 365 applications according to business needs Develop workflows, integrations, and reports to showcase system capabilities Provide technical guidance and recommend best practices Identify potential issues and propose solutions Document findings and implementation steps Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Deep knowledge of customization, Power Platform, workflows, integrations, and security Experience with automated testing platforms and unit testing Proficient with version control tools (e.g., GIT) Familiarity with the Atlassian suite Experience working in Agile environments Knowledge of popular web application frameworks Ability to evaluate feasibility and effectiveness of technical solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Additional back-end development experience is a plus
