Data Architect
About the role
An experienced Data Architect to help modernize and secure its data systems, primarily on Azure Cloud. You will play a key role in digital transformation efforts related to consular services and personal data.
Main responsibilities
Design and improve data architecture across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
Define data management standards and align with enterprise architecture
Lead or coordinate data migration to Azure
Implement and document data flows, models, and APIs
Ensure GDPR compliance and data security
Work closely with both technical and non-technical teams
Support Agile project teams and contribute to technical best practices
Profile requirements
6+ years in data architecture or complex BI projects
Strong experience with Microsoft tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) and Azure services (Data Factory, SQL, Blob Storage, Synapse)
Proven Azure migration experience
Knowledge of data governance (DAMA framework is a plus)
Familiarity with DevSecOps and GDPR
Excellent communication skills
Languages
Native in French or Dutch
Fluent in English
