As a Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle and play a key role in revenue growth: identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. You bring excellent communication skills and a strong bias for action. Together, we’ll deepen our understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and execute on our ambitious growth plans in the years ahead.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation: identify and research targets via phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events; book intro meetings.
- Qualification and proposals: uncover needs and pain points; map stakeholders, budget, and timing; deliver tailored demos; build value cases and proposals aligned to customer goals.
- Closing: lead negotiations (virtual and in-person) to signature; handoff cleanly to Customer Success with agreed outcomes and timelines.
- Lead nurturing: maintain regular follow-ups to keep prospects engaged and informed about product and company updates.
- Market insights: stay up to date with industry trends and product developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the software or digital health industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (proficient level of French and Dutch required, and advanced English for internal use).
- Regular travel across Belgium (focusing on Brussels & Wallonia), driver’s license required.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently, with a goal-oriented mindset and a strong bias to action (done is better than perfect).
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
