Description
We are looking for a dynamic Business Developer B2B (FR/EN) to join Sailsense Analytics, a fast-growing marine tech company based in Brussels.
Our mission: to connect boats, fleets, and shipyards through smart data and IoT technology — helping the marine industry move toward predictive maintenance and connected operations.
As part of our commercial team, you’ll play a key role in developing our B2B client base (OEMs, shipyards, fleets, insurers, and technical partners). You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, and help accelerate our international growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities (shipyards, fleets, OEMs, and partners).
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across Europe.
- Conduct online demos, prepare offers, and follow up with prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve sales materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate information in the CRM and track the full sales cycle.
- Represent Sailsense at events and trade shows (Cannes, METS, Boot Düsseldorf…).
Qualifications
- Bilingual French / English (spoken & written).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (ideally in tech, IoT, or marine sector).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital prospecting methods.
- Curious, self-driven, and passionate about innovation and the marine environment.
