Duty Manager


As a Duty Manager, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination and leadership. You’ll implement policies and procedures, optimizing workflows to meet operational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, evaluate, and allocate resources to ensure operations meet financial, safety, and performance targets.
  • Continuously monitor team performance, SOPs, and KPIs, taking corrective action when needed to maintain efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to security, quality, and safety regulations, working closely with the QHSE team to promote a culture of safety awareness.
  • Collect and analyze data to prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, keeping them informed of operational progress.
  • Mentor, guide, and develop team members to maintain high levels of expertise and performance.
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure continuity and smooth operations.
  • Foster effective communication between departments and senior management, attending internal meetings to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and performance.
  • Provide top-tier customer service, handling any complaints or issues with professionalism and care.


Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in operations.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first approach.
