Sales (start-up)


We are looking for an experienced business developer with a strong focus on optimising sales processes (HubSpot) and developing outbound strategies. 


Studaro is building the first ever bridge between ambitious employers and enthusiastic students who translate their skill, passion and interest to a study related student job. All of this, but bigger, more innovative and different than anything you’d expect.


This is a hybrid position in Ghent, Belgium. Please only apply if you can regularly visit our office in Ghent.


📈 Mission

  • Build a growth machine: you know the answer to “how can we go from 1000 to 10.000 active clients?” and act on it! You are excited to test prospecting techniques, craft a unique messaging and implement automation where needed
  • Drive direct sales: you learn Studaro’s story by heart in no time to actively sell our solution (there’s a huge talent problem right now and we’ve got a proven market fit - you won’t be selling glasses to the blind!) 
  • Lead GTM strategy: our go-to-market strategy is in your hands! Do you know how to expand our business from one province to the whole country (and all of Europe in the long run)?
  • Collab with other departments: working closely with our Marketing and Talent Coach departments ensures growth alignment and an exquisite customer journey
  • Future leadership is a bonus: we’re planning on growing A HUMONGOUS amount in the coming months and years. This goes hand in hand with building an efficient sales department that embodies the scaling of our company. Possibly a department you grow yourself if that’s something you’re up for?



👩‍🍳 Skills Needed

  • Experience in sales roles (preferably SaaS, marketplace, or tech) is needed for a swift onboarding and speeding up our sales processes in 2025
  • Hitting targets brings you focus, energy and joy - not hitting targets drives you to think in solutions and go the extra mile
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems (Hubspot), and/or sales automation tools (ie. Clay)
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • You’re a data driven do-er, not a ‘natte vingerwerk’ thinker
  • You’re tech-savvy and love using technology to enhance your own efficiency
  • Start-up culture is your vibe, and you love being able to make a great impact in a short amount of time
