Head of Belgium

We are proud to support a client who is looking for a Head of Belgium to join their team for the pharmaceutical capital projects scope.

Key responsibilities:

• Business Development
• Drive strategic growth, identifying new client opportunities and deepening existing relationships
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and bid presentations
• Actively support proposal development, cost estimation and resource planning for new business opportunities
• Business Management
• Lead day-day operations with a focus on growth and operations excellence
• Contribute to strategic plan, resourcing, budgeting and managing performance across the business
• Build, lead and retain high-performing multi-disciplinary team whilst fostering a collaborative culture
• Project Management
• Oversee the successful execution of large and/or multi-discipline capital projects in pharmaceutical sectors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, whilst meeting client expectations and regulatory standards
• Apply process engineering know-how to support technical reviews and troubleshoot challenges

What do you need?

• Engineering degree required
• 10+years’ experience in pharmaceutical CAPEX projects
• Strong understanding of process engineering processes an project lifecycles
• Proven background with engineering service providers
• Effective leadership in both project execution and business operations
• Must speak French or Dutch
• Knowledge of Belgium’s pharmaceutical market
