About us SPB Benelux is an SME operating as a broker, administration office, and claims manager in the field of embedded insurance, and is part of the SPB Group, leader in affinity insurance and service solutions, which operates in 16 countries across Europe.
SPB Benelux manages insurance programs and extended warranty solutions for a variety of brands. We handle not only the contracts but also claims from start to finish, ensuring that clients are fully taken care of. Each program we manage is tailor-made for the brand and has its own unique specifications, providing customized solutions that meet both client and partner needs.

Your Role As Commercial Sales Specialist
You will:
Act as the key link between sales, operations, and clients, ensuring smooth execution of commercial trajectories.
Support the sales process with quotations, commercial proposals, and presentations.
Guide sales trajectories from first contact to contract signing, turning opportunities into successful projects.
Coordinate operational implementation of new customers and projects:
Set up project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Align with internal teams (operations, IT, marketing, finance)
Monitor progress, quality, and customer satisfaction
Identify and resolve bottlenecks during execution
Develop business cases based on market research, trend analyses, and customer needs.
Report on project status, results, and improvement opportunities to management.
Contribute actively to optimising internal processes and strengthening cross department collaboration.
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who:
Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as:
Business Management (Marketing, SME Management, Accountancy-Taxation, Insurance)
Business Economics or Applied Economic Sciences
Communication or Marketing Management
Has solid experience in a commercial, project-driven function
Strong command of Dutch and French; English is a plus
Familiarity with Office 365, Power BI, and ideally CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot…)
Proactive, customer-focused attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
Interest or experience in circular economy and sustainable practices is a plus
Strong organizational and analytical skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
