💼 Freelance Azure Integrations & Dynamics 365 Developer – Insurance Sector (Belgium)

🔍 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Azure Integrations & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join a digital transformation team in the insurance industry. You will become part of the XRM team, focused on building solutions to support business and customer relationship management processes, especially for insurance brokers.

This role is embedded within a scaled Agile (SAFe) environment, collaborating with Product Owners, developers, and analysts to manage and deliver the product backlog.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations using Microsoft Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions)
• Implement and maintain secure, scalable cloud-based integration workflows and APIs
• Plan and document Dynamics 365 customizations and reusable components
• Deliver features in a Scrum team, aligned with the SAFe framework
• Provide third-line support for developed solutions
• Troubleshoot integration issues across hybrid environments (cloud and on-premise)
• Collaborate closely with other developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software

✅ Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Azure integrations and Dynamics 365 development
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in large organizations
• Practical experience with:
• Azure DevOps and ALM
• Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
• Power Platform and Dataverse
• Git/version control
• Web services and custom Azure components (plugins, workflows)
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Agile mindset, team player, and customer-focused
• Independent, analytical, and results-oriented
• Certifications in Azure and Dynamics 365 are a strong plus
