What You'll Deliver

• Design & Deploy: Build and refine predictive/statistical models (classification, regression, time-series) for core business problems.
• Deep Dive: Conduct rigorous EDA, feature engineering, and hypothesis testing on large, diverse datasets.
• Impact: Support A/B testing and experiments, ensuring precise measurement of real-world outcomes.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve, prototyping with Generative AI, LLMs, and Causal Inference.
• Communicate: Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable business insights for executives and stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years applying Data Science/Advanced Analytics professionally.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow/XGBoost, etc.) and SQL.
• Solid foundation in statistical modeling and ML fundamentals.
• Experience with modern collaborative data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake) is a strong plus.
• The drive to work autonomously, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
