Project Manager Consultant.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?


• Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of recurrent training programs, from preparation and planning to execution, monitoring, and reporting.


• Training Program Oversight: Manage and deliver training programs related to management skills, writing, languages, mentoring, and other relevant topics within the Corporate Learning and Development sector.


• Budget and Resource Estimation: Provide accurate estimates on the timing, cost, and resources required for future training projects.


• Documentation Management: Maintain an organized repository of training documentation using OpenText or equivalent tools, ensuring accessibility and up-to date records.


• Metrics and Reporting: Develop and manage metrics for the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular reports to management.


• Anticipating Deviations: Track and anticipate potential deviations in time, cost, or resources and propose viable solutions to management.


• Policy Contributions: Contribute to the development of horizontal L&D policies and briefings.


• Tool Integration: Support the integration of new technologies and tools into the learning and development programs, including e-learning platforms.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • Minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in Learning & Development projects.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training initiatives, particularly for remote offices, incorporating online and e-learning components.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content creation, implementation, and evaluation of training programs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar) and reporting tools (e.g., Qlik Sense or similar).
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present and promote projects effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable, with a strong commitment to delivering high quality results.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, self-management, and prioritization skills.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with corporate e-learning tools.
  • Knowledge of training needs analysis and the ability to design training programs accordingly.
  • Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1 level).
