Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (CRM, Project Operations, Field Service, Business Central)

SECO Group is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join the IT Team.

Your mission:

We are looking for a proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to strengthen our IT applications team. This role goes beyond pure development: you will design and implement solutions across CRM, Project Operations, Field Service, and Business Central, while staying aligned with Microsoft’s roadmap and our business needs. You will bridge technology and business, ensuring Dynamics delivers value, scalability, and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM, PO, FS, BC) in line with business requirements.
• Work closely with application owners and business analysts to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft’s product roadmap and propose innovative uses of new features (e.g., Power Platform, Copilot, AI integration).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and proactively suggest improvements.
• Maintain integrations between Dynamics and other enterprise systems (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, IoT connectors).
• Support application lifecycle management: design, build, test, deploy, document.
• Monitor performance, ensure stability, and provide 3rd line support for critical Dynamics applications.
• Participate in architectural discussions to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.

Your profile:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer (CRM, FS, PO, or BC).
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (DevOps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft updates & roadmap; ability to advise on adoption.
• Hands-on experience with integrations, workflows, and custom development.
• Proactive, curious, and business-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Team player who collaborates well with analysts, owners, and business stakeholders.
