Challenge
As a Business Analyst, you identify and analyse business needs, translating them into IT requirements when necessary. You maintain close contact with stakeholders, conduct structured analysis of processes, and document business workflows and IT needs.
You explore opportunities to leverage new technologies, such as IoT and advanced analytics, to drive innovation. Acting as a key link between business and IT, you evaluate process changes, ensure optimal use of current solutions, perform cost-benefit analyses, and represent the business in steering the Parts process and IT roadmap. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Scania’s global organization and IT providers, focusing on transformation projects.
Business Analysts all have their specific area of expertise such as Human Resources, Planning, Warehousing, etc... However the intention is that a Business Analyst must also be able to develop towards other areas. The area of expertise for this position will be Human Resources, including SAP SuccessFactors implementation and other strategic initiatives. You will be the lead of the local implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with global standards.
