Pensions Project Specialist

For our client specializing in digital technologies and solutions, we are looking for a Project Delivery Coordinator to ensure the operational execution of simple to moderately complex sales orders, through to post-delivery support and maintenance activities.

As Project Delivery Coordinator , you will act as the central coordinator between clients, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring that deadlines, costs, contractual requirements, and quality standards are met.

Main responsibilities:

1. Operational execution & management

• You are responsible for the end-to-end execution of sales orders and planning of daily activities.

• You are responsible for allocating internal/external resources and coordinating suppliers.

• You monitor costs and deadlines and implement corrective actions.

2. Customer relations, quality & performance

• You are the customer's single point of contact and proactively communicate on progress.

• You ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and contractual commitments.

• You monitor operational KPIs (SLAs, incidents, service quality) and ensure continuous improvement.

3. Post-deployment & solution lifecycle

• You are responsible for overseeing post-rollout support

• As well as planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance

• And managing software upgrades and security patches

Your Profile:

Technical & organizational skills

• You have at least one year of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the IT/telecom sector.

• You have excellent planning, coordination, and prioritization skills.

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are comfortable working with a variety of people (internal staff, suppliers, customers) in both French and Dutch

Languages

• Fluency in French and Dutch, spoken and written, is MANDATORY.
