Our client, which specializes in digital solutions for businesses and public organizations, is looking for his/her futur Connectivity Solution Architect acts as a technical advisor for wireless and IP connectivity solutions. He or she is responsible for defining, ensuring the consistency of, and justifying end-to-end technical architectures, from the radio layer to IP and supervision systems. He or she plays a key role in the pre-sales phases, defending technical choices, and guiding the technological roadmap for connectivity solutions. Your main responsibilities: • Act as a technical advisor and point of contact for connectivity solutions (LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, hybrid solutions, etc.), both internally and with customers. • Ensure end-to-end consistency of the solutions offered (RAN, Core, IP, synchronization, supervision). • Your role will be to define, justify, and document radio and network architecture choices, integrating performance, resilience, security, latency, and QoS requirements. • You will actively participate in drafting technical responses to calls for tenders, commercial offers, and architecture files, and defend technical choices to stakeholders. • You will support the project, deployment, and operations teams during critical phases (design, validation, commissioning, complex troubleshooting). • You will guide and actively contribute to the technological roadmap for connectivity solutions, taking into account customer needs, operational and economic constraints, sustainability, and obsolescence. Your required technical skills: --> Radio technologies & connectivity • Proficiency in LTE and 5G NR technologies (3GPP, RAN architecture, radio principles). • Good knowledge of advanced Wi-Fi networks a/b/g/n/ac/ax, design, and capacity planning). --> Network architecture & systems • Solid knowledge of IP networks: routing, VLAN, QoS, VPN, multicast. • Familiarity with Core LTE/5G architectures (AMF, SMF, UPF, key interfaces). -->Performance, QoS & Resilience • Ability to design architectures that integrate strict requirements for: o latency, o quality of service (QoS / 5QI), o availability, redundancy, and resilience. • Analysis and interpretation of radio and network KPIs, traces, logs, and counters. -->RF design & optimization • Solid foundation in radio propagation, path loss, fading, and coverage sizing. • Knowledge of RF and network troubleshooting methods in complex environments. -->Security • Awareness of network cybersecurity issues (segmentation, hardening, ISO 27001 / NIS2 principles). Your profile : • Telecommunications, Electronics, or equivalent engineer with 5 to 15 years of experience in a similar role. • Ability to guide technical choices, argue, and document in a clear and structured manner. • Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility. • Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and excellent communication skills. • Dutch: very good level required. • French: good working level.
