Business Development Manager – Wind Energy

Location: Antwerpen

We are hiring a Business Development Manager – Wind for a leading international engineering organisation operating within the renewable energy sector.

This is a strategic and hands-on commercial role focused on expanding wind energy service operations across the Benelux region. You will combine commercial growth, operational coordination, and customer relationship management within a highly technical environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive growth of Wind service activities across Benelux
• Act as key account manager for major customers
• Visit client sites regularly to support projects and identify new opportunities
• Manage quotations, follow up on opportunities, and monitor project profitability
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and international stakeholders
• Support marketing initiatives, trade shows and international wind activities
• Improve operational efficiency and ensure excellent customer experience.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 5+ years experience in Wind / renewable energy
• Strong commercial mindset with technical understanding
• Knowledge of local Wind market
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Willing to travel frequently (Benelux + occasional overnight stays)
